Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-331

RE: HUMAN SERVICES - HEAD START - INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT - CITY OF WESTMINSTER FOR KING'S MILL LIBRARY LEASE FOR HEAD START

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves and authorizes the Chairman to sign the Intergovernmental Agreement between Jefferson County and the City of Westminster for Head Start to lease the King's Mill library building from Westminster for twenty years at $1.00 per year.

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
