Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-332

RE: ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - PURCHASING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the revisions to the Purchasing Policy and Procedures Manual with respect to approval authority and signature delegation consistent with the Elected Officials' recommendation recorded in the minutes dated April 13, 2000 attached hereto and incorporated herein.

These policies shall supersede current resolutions and policies only to the extent they are inconsistent with this resolution. This resolution is not intended to impact any previous delegations to the extent greater authority is delegated therein.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
