Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-344

RE: COMMUNITY RESOURCES - OPEN SPACE - PURCHASE ORDER - W.L. CONTRACTORS FOR INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC COUNTERS FOR OPEN SPACE PARKS

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $44,500.00 to W.L. Contractors for the purchase and installation of traffic counters.

Completion of the project shall be within ninety (90) calendar days of commencement of work.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye
Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
