Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-351

RE: SHERIFF - CONTRACT - CORRECTIONAL CONNECTIONS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY FOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR JUVENILES

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the first amendment between the County and Correctional Connections Limited Liability Company for the transport of in-custody juveniles and other juveniles not requiring secured transport in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00 for the term July 1, 2000 to and including June 30, 2001. The County's Authorized Representative is the Detention Division Commander.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
