Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-354

RE: HUMAN SERVICES - CORRECTIONS - AGREEMENT - COMMUNITY RESPONSIBILITY CENTER, INC. FOR INTENSIVE INMATE SUPERVISION SERVICES

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves and authorizes the Chairman to sign a contract between Jefferson County and Community Responsibility Center, Inc. to purchase intensive inmate supervision for the period July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2001 in an amount not to exceed $40,000.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
