Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-357

RE: COMMUNITY RESOURCES - OPEN SPACE - CONTRACTS - FOUR VALLEY HAY COMPANY AND PHILLIP CROSS FOR HAY HARVESTING SERVICES

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the contracts for hay harvesting between Jefferson County and the following contractors:

· Four Valley Hay Company for South Valley Park in the amount of $3,010.00
· Phillip Cross for Alderfer/Three Sisters, Flying J, Meyer Ranch, Ramstetter and White Ranch parks for a total amount of $18,600.00

Revenue total: $21,610.00

The County's authorized representative is Alicia Doran.

The term of the contracts will be for five (5) hay seasons, 2000-2004, with options to renew for five (5) additional hay seasons, 2005-2009.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
