Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-360

RE: COMMUNITY RESOURCES - OPEN SPACE - CLEMENT PARK/NEXTEL/CELL RELAY FACILITY/FOOTHILLS PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT OS00-029

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the recommendation made in the Open Space Advisory Committee Resolution Number 26-00 and execute the pending Consent to Sublease Agreement between Jefferson County, Foothills Park and Recreation District and Nextel West Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, d/b/a Nextel Communications. The Consent to Sublease Agreement permits the Foothills Park and Recreation District to enter into a Communications Site Lease Agreement with Nextel West Corporation.

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
