Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-362

RE: COMMUNITY RESOURCES - OPEN SPACE - CONTRACT - CARTER BURGESS ENGINEERS FOR ENGINEERING DESIGN OF CLEAR CREEK TRAIL PHASE II/III

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the expenditure of $102,875.00, outlined in the Supplemental Services Contract between the County and Carter Burgess Engineers for the engineering design and construction documents of the Phase II portion and the preliminary engineering design for the Phase III portion of the Clear Creek Trail.

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
