Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-365

RE: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS - APPOINTMENT TO THE JEFFERSON COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the appointment of Rachel Baldon as a regular member on the Jefferson County Housing Authority Board to fill the unexpired term of Mike Patarino.

Approves the term of this appointment to be effective date of this Resolution, to expire October 8, 2000 or until reappointed or replaced by the Board of County Commissioners.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye
Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
