Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-366

RE: HUMAN SERVICES - AGREEMENT - COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT FOR EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING PROGRAM AND WORKFORCE INVESTMENT PLAN (PART TWO)

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the 2000 Grant Agreement for Employment and Training Program with the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment; and further, approves Part Two of the Workforce Investment Plan; and, authorizes the Chairman of the Board to sign all documents related to the above items upon review of the County Attorney and approval of the Division of Human Services.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
