Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-374

RE: TREASURER - CANCELLATION OF TAXES ON SCHEDULE #202793, TAX LIEN #1998-01860

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the cancellation of the 1998 taxes and interest on the above schedule number. The county holds the certificate on this property which is known as Key 26, Sec 1, Twn 7, Rng 71, SE ¼. The current value of the certificate is $42.85 (base tax $17.08 interest/fees $25.77) good through July 31, 2000.

The 1999 payable 2000 taxes also must be abated off of the tax rolls in the amount of $17.41.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
