Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-383

RE: ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - FLEET SERVICES - MODIFICATION TO ANNUAL PURCHASE ORDERS - MULTIPLE VENDORS

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves an expenditure of an additional amount not to exceed $150,000.00 for the purchase of vehicle parts from multiple vendors as follows:

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
