Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-384

RE: COMMUNITY RESOURCES - OPEN SPACE - PURCHASE ORDER - EMK CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR SURVEYING SERVICES FOR RALSTON DEVELOPMENT/LACY/MOUNTAIN BACKDROP NORTH

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $83,950.00 to EMK Consultants, Inc. to perform a survey of the Ralston Development/Lacy/Mountain Backdrop North property.

The County's authorized representative is Larry Pfifer, or other person as may be designated by the Department Director or County Administrator.

The survey shall be completed within ninety (90) calendar days of receipt of the notice to proceed.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye
Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
