Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-385

RE: HUMAN SERVICES - JUSTICE SERVICES - AMEND AGREEMENT/

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves and authorizes the Chairman to sign the annual Community Responsibility Center, Inc. community corrections Allocation Letter for the period July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2001 in an amount not to exceed $1,966,486.

Be it further resolved that the Board of County Commissioners approves and authorizes the Chairman to sign the First Amendment to Correctional Services Agreement allowing Community Responsibility Center to charge each offender participating in the program up to thirteen dollars per day while in residential placement.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
