Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-387

RE: ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - FACILITIES - CONVEYANCE OF LAND ALONG STATE HIGHWAY 285 TO COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the execution of the following documents to complete the conveyance of certain real property located along State Highway 285 in unincorporated Jefferson County for the use and benefit of the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT):

1. Quit claim deed dated April 14, 2000 from Norman and Ethel Meyer to Jefferson County (with Exhibit A);
2. Commissioner's Deed (with Exhibits A and B);
3. CDOT Memorandum of Agreement; and
4. State of Colorado W-9 Substitute Form.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye
Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
