Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-388

RE: BUDGET - CONTRACT - STATE OF COLORADO, DIVISION OF LOCAL AFFAIRS, FOR DISTRICT ATTORNEY ACTIVITIES IN GILPIN COUNTY

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the 1999-2000 contract between Jefferson County and the State of Colorado, Division of Local Affairs, for $176,687 to offset a portion of expenditures incurred by the District Attorney for activities in Gilpin County.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
