Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-390

RE: SHERIFF - AMEND CONTRACT - CITY AND COUNTY OF DENVER FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES WITHIN DENVER MOUNTAIN PARKS

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves an amendment to the contract between the County and the City and County of Denver for law enforcement services within the Denver Mountain parks which will extend the contract for another term, commencing on the date of execution and terminating on December 31, 2000.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
