Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-391

RE: COUNTY ATTORNEY - JEFFERSON COUNTY AIRPORT - CONTRACT -

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the contract between the County and K & M Striping in the amount of $121,528.00 for application of fog seal and marking paint at the Jefferson County Airport. The County's authorized representative is Jeff Price, or other person as may be designated by the County Attorney or the County Administrator. The authorized representative may approve any change order, provided that no combination of change orders shall increase the total price payable under this contract by more than 5% or an amount greater than $127,604.40.

Final completion of the project shall be within 5 calendar days from the commencement of work, weather permitting.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
