Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-394

RE: PUBLIC WORKS - HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION - RIGHT-OF-WAY AND EASEMENT ACQUISITIONS/ANDERSON PARCEL FOR LEYDEN ROAD REALIGNMENT AT INDIANA STREET

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Access and Construction Agreement and Purchase and Sale Contract with Arleene D. Anderson for right-of-way and easements to construct and maintain realigned Leyden Road for a total purchase price of $284,000.00.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
