Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-403

RE: PUBLIC WORKS - HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION - AGREEMENT - URBAN DRAINAGE AND FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT FOR DRAINAGE AND FLOOD CONTROL IMPROVEMENTS ON LEYDEN CREEK AT QUAKER

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Agreement between the County and the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District (UD&FCD) for drainage and flood control improvements on Leyden Creek at Quaker. The County's share of the cost associated with this project is $200,000.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
