Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-413

RE: PUBLIC WORKS - HIGHWAYS & TRANSPORTATION - AGREEMENT AMENDMENT - URBAN DRAINAGE AND FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO WEAVER CREEK AT SIMMS STREET

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves a third Amendment to the Agreement between the County and the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District (UD&FCD) for drainage and flood control improvements to Weaver Creek at Simms Street and an Agreement for improvements to the Pleasant View Tributary. The County's share of the cost associated with these agreements is $320,000.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
