Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-420

RE: TREASURER - ABATEMENT OF TAXES ON SCHEDULE #201787; TAX LIEN #1996-01365; OWNER OF RECORD: SIXTH AVENUE WEST ESTATE MASTER ASSOCIATION

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves an abatement on the 1996 taxes that were erroneously assessed and subsequently sold at the tax lien sale on property known as: BLOCK 2, SEC 7, TWN 4, RNG 69, QSEC SW, ACRES .090.

The delinquent taxes erroneously assessed must be paid to the tax buyer in the amount of $45.20 (base $36.30 and interest/fees of $8.90) good through August 31, 2000.

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Absent

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
