Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-422

RE: PUBLIC WORKS - PLANNING & ZONING - INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT - REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION DISTRICT (RTD) FOR IMPROVEMENTS AND LANDSCAPING FOR PARK & RIDE LOCATED AT KEN CARYL AVENUE AND SHAFFER PARKWAY

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves and authorizes the Chairman to sign the Intergovernmental Agreements for public improvements and landscaping for the Regional Transportation District (RTD) Park and Ride facility located at Ken Caryl Avenue and Shaffer Parkway.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
