Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-426

RE: PUBLIC WORKS - HIGHWAYS & TRANSPORTATION - JOINT AND COOPERATIVE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR A GREATER METRO TELECOMMUNICATIONS CONSORTIUM

Resolved that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the IGA as an Additional Party between Jefferson County and the Greater Metro Telecommunications Consortium and authorizes the Chairman to sign the agreement. The amount to be paid for dues for the remainder of the year 2000 shall be $2,500. Appoint as the Director from Jefferson County Dan Brindle and Dixie Shear as the Alternate.

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Absent

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
