Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-449

RE: HUMAN SERVICES - JUSTICE SERVICES - ALLOCATION LETTER FOR 2000-2001 COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS WITH PEER I AND FIRST AMENDMENT TO CORRECTIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves and authorizes the Chairman to sign the annual Peer I community corrections Allocation Letter for the period July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2001 in an amount not to exceed $252,288.

Be it further resolved that the Board of County Commissioners approves the First Amendment to Correctional Services Agreement allowing Peer I to charge each offender participating in the program up to thirteen dollars per day while in residential placement.

Commissioner Sheehan seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
