Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-450

RE: ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - FLEET SERVICES - PURCHASE ORDER - FETERL MFG. CO. FOR SERVICE BODY FOR CAB AND CHASSIS

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves an expenditure in the amount of $57,139.75 to Feterl Mfg. Co. for one (1) service body for a previously purchased cab and chassis.

Anticipated Completion Date: November 2000

Commissioner Sheehan seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Absent
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
