Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-451

RE: ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - FACILITIES - RENEW CONTRACT - METRO BUILDING SERVICE, INC. FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES AT THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the fourth option to renew the contract between Jefferson County and Metro Building Service, Inc. for janitorial services at the District Attorney's Office, 500 Jefferson County Parkway, Golden, Colorado, at an annual cost of $38,476.80, or $3,206.40 per month, reflecting no additional increase in cost and covering the period from September 3, 2000 to September 2, 2001.

Commissioner Sheehan seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Absent
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
