Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-452

RE: PUBLIC WORKS - HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION - INTERGOVERNMENTAL FUNDING AGREEMENT - LAKEHURST WATER & SANITATION DISTRICT FOR SOUTH SIMMS STREET (BELLEVIEW TO QUINCY) WIDENING PROJECT

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Intergovernmental Joint Funding Agreement with Lakehurst Water & Sanitation District for the installation of approximately 710 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe and 1,630 linear feet of water lines and related appurtenances. Lakehurst Water & Sanitation District will pay the total costs incurred by the County for these installations except for the portion of the cost of the water lines which the County will bear pursuant to Jefferson County's Policy No. 5.65 "Utility Relocation Cost Sharing Relating to Jeffco Road Projects".

The County's Authorized Representative is Dixie Shear or another person as may be designated by the Department Director, or County Administrator.

Commissioner Sheehan seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
