Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-454

RE: COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR - CONTRACT - DELOITTE & TOUCHE LLP FOR SELECTION AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR MERLIN PROJECT

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the Contract for professional services between the County and Deloitte & Touche LLP in an amount not to exceed $375,000 and authorize execution subject to completion of negotiations and approval by the MERLIN Project Manager and the County Attorney's Office.
The County's authorized representative is Nelson Goodreau, or other person as may be designated by the County Administrator. The authorized representative may approve any change order, provided that no combination of change orders shall increase the total price payable under this contract by more than 5% or an amount greater than $393,750.

Commissioner Sheehan seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
