Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-455

RE: COMMUNITY RESOURCES - OPEN SPACE - LAKEWOOD/

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves Open Space Advisory Committee Resolution Number 27-00 REVISED, and approves the Intergovernmental Agreement between Jefferson County and the City of Lakewood and executes the release documents in order to release the County's Open Space reverter on five parcels of land: 1551 Dover Street, also known as Lakewood Community Church OS77-5, 12100 West Alameda, also known as Lutheran Church of the Master OS80-22, 1520 Dudley St., also known as Gauthier /Whitlock OS99-061, 1530-1540 Dudley, also known as Klepacki/Whitlock OS99-061, 1550-1590 Dudley, also known as Esser/Whitlock OS99-061.

Authorization for: 1) the Chairman of the Board to execute the Intergovernmental Agreement; 2) the Chairman of the Board to execute those documents releasing the County's Open Space reverter clause on the five above referenced properties; 3) the County Attorney's Office to cause said documents to be recorded in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Jefferson County; 4) at such time as the City of Lakewood is prepared to convey to the County a parcel or parcels of land of value equal to all of the five referenced properties, and acceptable to staff, authorization for the Chairman of the Board to accept such parcel(s) and to execute a Commissioner's Deed reconveying said parcel(s) to the City of Lakewood with the County Open Space reverter; 5) the County Attorney's Office to cause said deeds to be recorded in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Jefferson County.

Commissioner Sheehan seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
