Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-459

RE: PUBLIC WORKS - HIGHWAYS & TRANSPORTATION - AMENDMENT TO INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT - CITY OF WESTMINSTER FOR FUNDING THE EXTENSION OF 96TH AVENUE FROM PIERCE STREET TO TELLER STREET

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the first amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement between the County and the City of Westminster for funding the extension of 96th Avenue from Pierce Street to Teller Street. The extension is a cooperative project with the City of Westminster and Jefferson County Schools. Jefferson County's share of additional costs to complete the project under this IGA is $21,231 (total of $246,231), Westminster's share is $41,539 (total of $468,039), and School District's share is $29,539 (total of $329,539).

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
