Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-461

RE: ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - ACCOUNTING - CONTRACT RENEWAL - GRANT THORNTON, LLP FOR FINANCIAL AND COMPLIANCE AUDITING SERVICES

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves a renewal of the contract between the County and Grant Thornton, LLP in an amount not to exceed $94,600.00 to provide financial and compliance auditing services. The County's authorized representative is Dave Strasburger or other person as may be designated by the County Administrator.

Contract Renewal Term: November 1, 2000 through October 31, 2001.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye
Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
