Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-463

RE: HUMAN SERVICES - AMENDED ALLOCATION LETTER - COMMUNITY RESPONSIBILITY CENTER, INC. FOR COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS ALLOCATION FOR 1999-2000

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves and authorizes the Chairman to sign an amended Allocation Letter to increase by $129,052 the amount of funds for community correction services distributed to Community Responsibility Center, Inc. for the period July 1, 1999 through June 30, 2000.

Commissioner seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
