Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-472

RE: HUMAN SERVICES - HEAD START - CONTRACT - JEFFERSON COUNTY R-1 SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR HEAD START FOOD SERVICES

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves and authorizes the Chairman to sign the food service contract between the Jefferson County R-1 School District and the Jefferson County Head Start Program in the amount not to exceed $175,700.00 for food services per year.

The term of the contract is from September 1, 2000 to August 31, 2001.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye
Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
