Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-473

RE: HUMAN SERVICES - HEAD START - LEASE AGREEMENT - KQC INVESTORS, LLC FOR HEAD START FACILITY AT 5030 CARR STREET, ARVADA

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves and authorizes the Chairman to sign the Lease Agreement between Jefferson County and the KQC Investors, LLC for Head Start to lease the child care facility at 5030 Carr Street in Arvada for $6,685 per month ($80,220 annually) for one year with 19 consecutive one-year renewal periods.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye
Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
