Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-476

RE: COMMUNITY RESOURCES - OPEN SPACE - BLAIR RANCH ACQUISITION PROPOSAL OS00-038

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the recommendation made in the Open Space Advisory Committee Resolution Number 37-00 and authorize survey, appraisal, environmental site assessment, title commitment and negotiations for approximately 320 acres of property known as the Blair Ranch.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye
Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
