Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-477

RE: COMMUNITY RESOURCES - OPEN SPACE - GREAT OUTDOORS COLORADO GRANT AGREEMENTS WITH WESTMINSTER

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the execution of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions Agreements (Agreements) between the City of Westminster, the Great Outdoors Colorado Trust Fund (GOCO) and Jefferson County. The Agreements restrict the use of the properties acquired by the City of Westminster funded with GOCO grant funds. In the Agreements the County is given the right to insure compliance with and enforce the preservation values identified by the City of Westminster Open Space Management Plans.

Authorization for: 1) the Chairman of the Board to execute the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions Agreements; and 2) the County Attorney's Office to cause said Agreements or other documents to be recorded in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Jefferson County.

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
