Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-488

RE: ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - FACILITIES - PURCHASE ORDER - JUNIPER VALLEY PRODUCTS FOR DAYROOM CORRECTIONAL TABLES FOR SHERIFF'S NEW MINIMUM SECURITY FACILITY

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves an expenditure in the amount of $121,344.00 to Juniper Valley Products for dayroom correctional tables for the new Minimum Security Facility.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye
Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
