Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-489

RE: HUMAN SERVICES - JUSTICE SERVICES - AGREEMENT - MARK LOYE FOR MEDIATION SERVICES PROGRAM

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves and authorizes the Chairman to sign an Agreement between Jefferson County and Mark Loye to administer the Jefferson County Mediation Services Program for the period October 1, 2000 through December 31, 2000 for an amount not to exceed the balance of funding in the budget categories covered by this agreement on October 1, 2000.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
