Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-496

RE: BOARD OF EQUALIZATION - DESIGNATION OF ARBITRATORS FOR ARBITRATION OF PROPERTY VALUATION APPEALS

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby designates the following persons to serve as Arbitrators of property valuation disputes within Jefferson County Colorado, pursuant to Section 39-8-108.5, 16B, C.R.S.:

The Clerk to the Board is directed to place the names of the above-named individuals on the list of Arbitrators to be kept in the Office of the Clerk to the Board.

Commissioner Sheehan seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Absent
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
