Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-498

RE: PUBLIC WORKS - PLANNING AND ZONING - INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT - CITY OF LAKEWOOD FOR HOMESTEAD AT FOX HOLLOW GOLF COURSE

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves and authorizes the Chairman to execute the Intergovernmental Agreement between Jefferson County and the City of Lakewood to guarantee the completion of the public improvements of the part Homestead Golf Course in the unincorporated part of Jefferson County.

Commissioner Sheehan seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Absent
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
