Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-499

RE: PUBLIC WORKS - HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION - RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION - LEYDEN ROAD PAVING PROJECT

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby accepts the contract for Purchase and Sale of Real Estate with Kevin E. Smith and Theodora M. Smith for right-of-way to pave Leyden Road for a total purchase price of $25,000 for 2.12 acres ($11,792 per acre).

Commissioner Sheehan seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Absent
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
