Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-514

RE: TECHNICAL SERVICES - IT OPERATIONS - PURCHASE ORDER - RMI.NET FOR INTERNET SERVICE AND RELATED HARDWARE

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the contract between the County and RMI.NET for internet service and the purchase of related hardware. The contract is for a three-year term. The first year's expenditure, including hardware, is $93,147.00.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Aye
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
