Commissioner Holloway moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-515

RE: PUBLIC WORKS - HIGHWAYS & TRANSPORTATION - APPROVAL OF MARKER PARK AREA PERMIT PARKING AREA

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the restriction of parking in the area surrounding Marker Park to residents only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in accordance with Section 5.55.12 of the County Policies and Procedures Manual on the following streets: 6600-6700 blocks of Hinsdale Place, 6600-6700 blocks of Hinsdale Avenue, 6600-6700 blocks of Glasgow Avenue, 6600-6700 blocks of Geddes Avenue, 6600-6700 blocks of Frost Avenue, 7177-7400 blocks of Newland Street (west side of street), 7176-7200 blocks of Newland Street (east side of street), 6300-6400 blocks of Indore Place, 6300-6400 blocks of Geddes Drive, 6300-6400 blocks of Frost Drive, and 7400 block of Lamar Street. The Department of Highways and Transportation may post signs, issue permits and charge fees for such permits according with Section 5.55.12.

Commissioner Lawrence seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
