Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-516

RE: PUBLIC WORKS - HIGHWAYS & TRANSPORTATION - APPROVAL FOR JEFFERSON ACADEMY AREA PERMIT PARKING

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the restriction of parking in the area surrounding Jefferson Academy to residents only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in accordance with Section 5.55.12 of the County Policies and Procedures Manual on the following streets: 99^th Avenue from Yarrow Street to Ammons Circle, Ammons Circle from 99^th Avenue (west intersection) to 99^th Avenue (east intersection), Yarrow Street from approximately 300' north of 99^th Place to Allison Street, Allison Street from Yarrow Street to 101^st Avenue, 101^st Avenue from end of cul-de-sac to approximately 300' east of Allison Street, and Allison Court from end of cul-de-sac to Allison Street. The Department of Highways and Transportation may post signs, issue permits and charge fees for such permits according with Section 5.55.12.

Commissioner Holloway seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
