Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-520

RE: HUMAN SERVICES - HEAD START - RENEW AGREEMENT - STATE OF COLORADO, CHILD AND ADULT FOOD PROGRAM, FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF HEAD START FOOD PROGRAM

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves and authorizes the Chairman to sign the renewal agreement between the State of Colorado, Child and Adult Food Care Program and the Jefferson County Head Start Program for food reimbursement in the amount of $131,775.00 for the benefit of the Jefferson County Head Start Program for the time period from October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001.

Commissioner Sheehan seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Absent
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
