Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-521

RE: ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - FACILITIES - LEASE AGREEMENT - SENIORS' RESOURCE CENTER, INC. FOR WHEAT RIDGE LIBRARY

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the renewal of the lease agreement between Jefferson County, Seniors' Resource Center, Inc. and the Board of Trustees of the Jefferson County Public Library, for 18,530 square feet of lease space at 3227 Chase Street, Wheat Ridge, Colorado. This will continue the agreement commencing January 1, 2001, to and including December 31, 2001, at an annual lease rate of $1.00, plus the County's "in-kind" contribution of $275,541.10. The increase in the "in-kind" contribution results from a 3.1% CPI increase (or $14.87 per square foot).

Commissioner Sheehan seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
