Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-523

RE: COMMUNITY RESOURCES - OPEN SPACE - BROOMFIELD/PN/TRAIL EASEMENT RELEASES OS00-046

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the recommendation made in the Open Space Advisory Committee Resolution Number 50-00 and authorizes the County to release their interest in two trail easements to Jeffco Business Center, LLC, which were part of an Easement Agreement with the City of Broomfield.

Authorization for: 1) the Chairman of the Board to execute those documents releasing the County's interest in the easement for the above referenced properties; 2) the County Attorney's Office to cause said documents to be recorded in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Jefferson County.

Commissioner Sheehan seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
