Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-525

RE: COMMUNITY RESOURCES - PC/WESTBLADE PARK/STORM SEWER EASEMENT 0S00-11

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the recommendation made in the Open Space Advisory Committee Resolution Number 17-00 and authorizes the Board of County Commissioners to execute an Easement Agreement to the city of Golden for a non-exclusive easement over 9,925 square feet or 0.2279 acres, more or less, to allow for the construction, operation and maintenance of an underground storm drainage pipe.

Authorization for: 1) the Chairman of the Board to execute the Easement Agreement; 2) the County Attorney's Office to cause said easement or documents to be recorded in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Jefferson County.

Commissioner Sheehan seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
