Commissioner Lawrence moved that the following Resolution be adopted:

BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON

STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLUTION NO. CC00-526

RE: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS - APPOINTMENT TO THE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION DISTRICT BOARD

Resolved, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby approves the appointment of David Ruchman as Regional Transportation District Director for District M, to fill the vacancy left by Director Karen Benker.

Approves the term of this appointment to be effective October 1, 2000, to expire December 31, 2000.

Commissioner Sheehan seconded the adoption of the foregoing Resolution. The roll having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Michelle Lawrence Aye
Commissioner Patricia B. Holloway Absent
Commissioner Richard M. Sheehan, Chairman Aye

The Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
